Scheduling Order for the Hearing in the Appeals Case of Ndindiliyimana, Bizimungu, Nzuwonemeye and Sagahutu

Please be informed that hearing of the Appeals Case in the Trial of Augustin Ndindiliyimana; Augustin Bizimungu; François-Xavier Nzuwonemeye; and Innocent Sagahutu v. The Prosecutor will take place from 7 May through 10 May 2013 in Arusha, before Judges Theodor Meron, Presiding; Liu Daqun; Carmel Agius; Khalida Rachid Khan; and Bakhtiyar Tuzmukhamedov.
