Joint trial of Kayishema and Ruzindana to resume on Monday
12 June 1998 The joint trial of Clement Kayishema, a former Prefect of Kibuye, and Obed Ruzindana, a former businessman in Kibuye prefecture, will resume on Monday 15 June 1998, when more Defence witnesses are expected to testify before Trial Chamber 2. Colonel Alphonse Nteziryayo transferred to Arusha

Defence case begins in the joint trial of Clement Kayishema and Obed Ruzindana
15 May 1998 The joint trial of Clement Kayishema and Obed Ruzindana resumed this week after a six-week break with the Defence Counsel of Ruzindana presenting three witnesses, one of which was the accused's sister.
