Bilateral Agreements
As from 1 July 2012, the supervision of the enforcement of sentences for ICTR cases falls under the jurisdiction of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT). The IRMCT also has jurisdiction to designate enforcement States, including for persons thereafter convicted by the Tribunal.
