Sir Charles Michael Dennis Byron Appointed as Permanent Judge of the ICTR
20 April 2004 The Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi Annan has appointed Sir Charles Michael Dennis Byron of Saint Kitts and Nevis as a permanent Judge of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
